Actually, it”s not the worst company and probably can be advised. It”s a rare thing to see both: a good team and processes descriptions. But I don”t understand one thing: why was it so hard to provide all the contacts on one page? Yes yes, the company is very special, with principles and philosophies, and is called first round for a reason. Blah-blah. I know that. But all of these so original features do not change the fact that the contacts have to be easily accessible. They ask investors and clients to email them, but who knows where this email can be found. I found their offices addresses in the FAQ section. That”s such a wrong place for this. As a customer, I would prefer a simplification. Less definitely means more? don”t forget about it.
